Colorado Springs

— 2 nights
Stunning Garden of the Gods Park scenery, blue skies and the glory of Pikes Peak-America’s Mountain have attracted visitors to Colorado Springs for more than a century.
Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center and Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Bring the kids along to Penrose Heritage Museum and Michael Garman Museum & Gallery. There's still lots to do: take an in-depth tour of Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, stop by Commonwheel Artists Co-op, contemplate the long history of Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, and learn about all things military at National Museum of World War II Aviation.

For photos, maps, where to stay, and tourist information, refer to the Colorado Springs trip itinerary maker site.
