The City of Cripple Creek is the Statutory City that is the county seat of Teller County, Colorado, United States. Your day by day itinerary now includes Cave of the Winds Mountain Park as well as Garden of the Gods. Bring the kids along to Pikes Peak Historical Society Museum and Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument. Take a break from Cripple Creek with a short trip to Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center in Divide, about 30 minutes away. There's much more to do: explore the different monuments and memorials at Mt Pisgah Cemetery, see the interesting displays at Victor Lowell Thomas Museum, stop by Cripple Creek, and immerse yourself in nature at Mueller State Park.
