Kansas City to Manitou Springs is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. The time zone difference moving from Central Standard Time (CST) to Mountain Standard Time (MST) is minus 1 hour. In May in Manitou Springs, expect temperatures between 64°F during the day and 38°F at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Sat) so you can drive to Colorado Springs.
