Echo Canyon River Expeditions, Cañon City

Had a blast taking my wife and two kids (11 and 13) on the half day Big Horn trip. Our guide, Chris, was super cool, and kept us at ease. He obviously knows the river and how to read the rapids (he'd taken the same route the night before ... under the full moon, on an AIR MATTRESS) ... so I figured he'd navigate our big blue raft just fine. The check-in process was clear and easy, and all of the staff was super nice and easy to work with. The trip down the river was a perfect balance of intense and calm. The restaurant was a great end to a fun trip down the river. Would DEFINITELY do it again, maybe some more challenging rapids next time?

Our family had an amazing experience white water rafting with them! Our raft guide was JOSH 😆and he was AWESOME! He was so mindful of what both my kids liked and made sure they were able to get a chance to enjoy it their way. He let me ten year old paddle often made sure his side got wet the most! All four of us had a blast! I have been rafting before in other places but their systems and cleanliness are by far the best! It was so easy to get our gear, there were guides to help if you didn’t know what would and wouldn’t work. Their whole staff was very professional and enthusiastic about their work. Their rates are reasonable as well. The guides were all very well trained professionals with upbeat personality to make your experience a lot of fun! The only downside was how expensive the go-pro footage and pics are! 😱 Can’t wait to ride again with them!!
