  • This ride was fun!! Cars were not crowded and we could move around and walk out to an outside car for pictures. We didn't have any food, but ice water was provided and greatly appreciated. Knowledgeable staff with some very interesting information and stories. Make sure your camera battery is charged!! (One of mine wasn't, and I missed some great shots!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAIN RIDE!!
  • The ride was great and the staff was amazing. They are very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Did the Santa Express Experience and it was a lot of fun especially for the kids. Food was pretty good too. Only issue I had was the cost of the tickets vs how long the event is. Definitely feels a little too short compared to how much you end up paying. If you are interested in the scenic portion of the trip I would definitely suggest taking the earlier rides. We did the late ride and the north pole was great but it was basically the only thing we saw on the trip except for the short trip to the outdoor car. It was too cold to stay out there too long.
