  • This place is terrible. We had a birthday party for my son here. First, I do not think this place has a capacity limit because it was insane. Kids were everywhere and there was not enough staff for the amount of chaos happening there. A friend of my son was in a foam pit and some girl jumped in and “bit” him on the head. This caused a massive amount of bleeding. The staff was not prepared for accidents. This child was bleeding immensely. Notifying the staff, they did absolutely nothing. We had to ask for s first aid kit, and ice. It took over 15 minutes to get it. You would think in a place where accidents are likely prone to happen among young children, there would be certified first aid available. I do not think there was... More, I do not think anyone cared. Nobody checked on this child. Because of the chaos, one employee unprofessionally yelled at these miscreants who kept breaking the rules, across the entire facility. It did not appear there was control or regulations of kids’ and teenagers’ behavior. These teenagers were engaging in activities that were of danger to all kids there. Yelling across the room? Not only a little crazy, but it didn’t stop the behavior. Those kids should have had to leave if they couldn’t follow the rules. I left a report on their website of the unsafe actions and the terrible party my child had, and have not been contacted by anyone. The point of this is- if you care for the safety of your children, do not go to this facility. They only want your money.
  • My daughter goes to another gymnastics studios, but we use Trampoline World for their open gym time, sometime it get really packed.. but it's worth the price! The parking lot could use some love - filling potholes with dirt only goes so far!
