Loved it!! All the people working there were super friendly and so informative. Listening to the history by the conductor was so interesting!! It's crazy how you can live your whole life in a state and not know about some things. It was also pretty cool to see the conductor run the train on coal!! Definitely not an easy job and they really ran around making sure everything was taken care of. Totally recommend 😊👍

I'm not sure how to start, The staff was so incredible and so nice. Everybody on the staff was so warm and welcoming and friendly. Even in the Adversity of one extremely rude and obnoxious guest. The staff remain polite and professional at all times. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The train ride was fun the engineer was extremely knowledgeable About the area. If you're in Cripple Creek or within a 100 miles of it. You must go take the train ride. If I had one negative thing to say it would be about it about it being such a shame that they've turned it into a gambling town. They're building a 19 story modern hotel in the middle of downtown. I think it's really going to take away from the experience of Cripple Creek and that's going to be a shame.
