At Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, experience the piercing gaze and spine-tingling howl of the dog's wild ancestor. Nestled in a scenic mountain setting, the center serves as a sanctuary for wolves, coyotes, and foxes. End the educational wildlife tour with the experience of a group "wolf howl." Note that you need to make online reservations for all tours, especially full-moon tours and volunteer opportunities. An "up-close and personal" photography session with several of the animals is also available for an additional fee. Amazing place. Highly recommended for any animal lover. We went there as a family. We all had great time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the money goes toward a good cause.

This is a great little adventure for all. Learning about Wolves help to understand their position in the circle of life and also decreased the fears should I ever encounter one in while hiking the beautiful Colorado wilderness. This is a must see if you have children. All groups are welcome! The price is a bit high, but all proceeds go towards the upkeep and the preservation and education of our wolf population. The coolest experience was the howling at the end. The group howled and the wolves howled back. It was great! The staff are very educated and provide a wealth if knowledge. One employee was a bit too strict and somewhat mean, but she may be new and just feeling out her position. No matter what, I highly recommend this tour.
